What is the best Luau in Oahu? I have read so many conflicting reviews. Which is the most authentic?

Polynesian Cultural Center - the best. Most authentic and exciting. Have a great time!

I went to the paradise cove luau - a waste of my money! Too cheesy and tourist, in my opinion. The dancing was good, and like all the shows, they bring up audience members. But the rediculous games in the carnival before the show was horrible. I got a very bad taste in my mouth in the very beginning when we were hearded through metal baracades just like cattle.

Barry, Isn't Oahu wonderful?! I have heard that Germaines was one of the best luau's as well but have never gone to that one. Aloha! Pam

Any luau that comes with coupons, in a location that sit a couple of hundreds tourists, and with organized games and dance is NOT an authentic luau.

No one has mentioned the Royal Hawaiian Luau, right on the beach at Waikiki. The Pink Lady on the beach is very authentic and not as showy or touristy as the others. If I were to choose one of the others, it would be the full tour and shows at the Polynesian Cultural Center.
