Getting from Novi Sad to Split

Can anyone help me - I am heading to Exit and need to get to split does anyone know how i can get there? I have seen whiz air etc but they only fly out every couple of days. Also, i am a young female, if I catch the train by myself will I be okay in these parts travelling by myself? Cheers.

You'll be ok traveling alone by train, so don't worry. Also you can go to Belgrade, and catch a bus to Split. You have busses twice a day: 7pm and 8.30pm
