You may want to check with Desire Travel. I have not used them personally, and my regular operator in Madagasgar is no longer active. Some time ago I was asked to check them out, because a client had received a e-mail asking for more money due to cost increases. The client had not read the Terms & Conditions, and was in the wrong. However Desire, waived the extra cost in order to keep the booking. This means they are flexible. I did check them out thoroughly. (As a tour director for decades, I have a knack for spying out bad operators...)
