Hi, I've heard about Scandinavia Pass and I was wondering if anubody know how long I have to wait from the moment I buy it (from the internet) until I'll get it. Is is digital card? And also, how I can use this ticket in Norway (I mean, how do I get specific train ticket)? Thanks, Adam
Scanrail is a story of the past. ScanRail will no longer be for sale. The last day of sale was 31.12.2007. Rail passes are not the good value they used to be. eurail and raileurope are ticket agents that charge commissions and not train operators. Before you order a pass you should check the prices for point-to-point tickets. Norwegian Rail (NSB): http://www.nsb.no/?lang=en_US

Hi there, I have just gotton a Scandinavia Pass. I would believe it works the same way as any other Eurail Pass, meaning you can travel unlimited on the participating trains in the Scandinavian countries of Norway,Sweden,Finland and Denmark. I travelled on BritRail pass last month and I just had to validate the Rail Pass the day I want to start my travel and hope on and off the train to wherever I wanna go. If you purchase the Eurail Pass online, they will provide a train schedule booklet via the shipping. If not, you will need to check the respective train schedule on the individual website for the different country train operators. Hope this help. :)

Thanks for the information ! Is it possible to buy the pass not on the web? And also - If I want to take a night train, do I need to validate two days?
