Entry permit for Saipan

Hi there! I will be visiting Saipan in August, and I've heard that I may need to apply for an "Entry permit" in advance (I have a Cyprus passport). Does anyone know if that is true, and whether I can get the permit at the airport on arrival? If not, how do I apply for one? Thanks

Contact the goverment of Saipan or the CNMI, see links cnmi-guide.com/government.ht... http://www.commerce.gov.mp/ Their rules are similar to US immigration but they have different guidelines.
