Hi, I am new to this forum and am looking for a bit of advice. We have booked a trip to Norfolk Island in March 2010 and now need Travel Insurance. Any comments about the required inclusions for travel insurance and relevant companies and web sites for best value for money policies appreciated. Brian DJ
You buy your Travel Insurance in your home country don't you, and be sure to tell them you are going to Norfolk so you know for sure it covers you. Where are you from?

Welcome to vt--your travel agent will arrange travel insurance for you,but if you are a member of the RACQ they may offer you travel insurance--Norfolk Island would have the normal type of cover. Enjoy your stay on the Norfolk--it is a nice peaceful place--duty free too.

Norfolk Is. being part of NSW you only have to take out domestic insurance. As far as choosing which company you tend to get what you pay for. I can recommend QBE, they are straight shooters and act quickly on claims.
