Hi, This is my 1st business trip to Ningbo. From Shanghai Pudong airport how to get car to Ningbo? Also which hotel (4-5 star) is better (safer) as I am a female. Or will the hotel provide transport pick up from Shanghai Pudong airport with a fees? Your advice will be appreciated. Thanks.
You don't necessarily need a pre-arranged transfer (though I do have a regular driver who does such), but that's up to you. A transfer arranged by the hotel is likely to be rather pricey. When are you travelling? If you want to go by public transport, take airport shuttle no.7 (20 RMB/pax, journey time 1+ hour) to its final terminus at Shanghai South train and long-distance bus stations, then catch a bus to Ningbo.
