Question about the Tobu passes

I'm arriving in Nikko for 4 days in late October from Utsunomiya, not Tokyo. Can I get an All-Nikko pass to use the unlimited bus rides and just the one-way train back to Tokyo, or would Tobu invalidate my pass if I don't start out from their Asakusa station? If I can do this, can I obtain all the necessary pass validations either over the internet or IN Nikko, since I will NOT be going to Tokyo before Nikko. (Am going straight from Narita by bus to Utsunomiya.) Mele Hawaii, USA
