Cheap and nice accomodation at Nijvegen

Hi, I will be in Nijvegen/Holland, between January 4 and April 2 for the Erasmus Mundus Master of Bioethics. Do you know a cheap but nice place which I can stay with my 10 years old daughter? I may share an appartment too. The size of the place should be at least 27 m2. Thanks in advance for the information.
