I arrive early morning in Paris on April 4/07 and want to know if it is possible to take a bus to Nijmegen later in the day, retuning back to Paris late on April 5.
I don't think it is possible to take a bus from Paris to Nijmegen. You can look at www.euroleines.com of course. But buses are not the most common public transport here. Are there some specific reasons not to take a train? (see for example www.b-rail.be)

The Eurolines bus can bring you to either Utrecht or Eindhoven and from there you can travel by train (NS) to Nijmegen. Train travel from both cities is about 1 hour and cost about 12 Euro. PJ

Hasn't the Fyra service been cancelled? So Paris - Schipol - Nijmegen is the route to take. more
