places for lunch on an organised day trip

by clareabee Online Now Jun 5, 2011 at 3:39 PM

Hi we are visiting Toronto for our honeymoon in october this year and are visiting the falls for a day trip as part of a tour - we have a few hours free time after all the tourist things (well we can't come all this way without seeing them!) but can anybody recommend anywhere for lunch? preferably ones that we don't need to book in as not sure what the timeframe is we have Thanks clare

Sorry guys forgot I had already asked this question in April - getting far too carried away with myself with this honeymoon planning! Clare

The Keg Fallsview http://www.fallsviewrestaurant.com/ I worked in this restaurant for 3 years. It's a great place to grab a light lunch and watch the view. It's a huge restaurant with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Niagara Falls. You will not need reservations for lunch here. You won't be disappointed in your lunch, The Keg has very specific food standards. If you go there make sure you tell them Jennifer from Sardinia sent you. Have fun.
