I have been to Niagara Falls many times over the years - the last time about 3-4 years ago. I noticed on the Niagara Falls web site this time that there is an attraction called "Niagara's Fury" which, according to its description, I don't think I have ever seen. Is this something new? Also if you could give me a basic description of what it is - without all the web site hype - it would be appreciated. :) Thanks.
Fury means a whipping up of a storm... so I think they use the word to take you on a journey into the "Fury of Niagara" having gone there so many times myself I do not bother with the tourist traps. cheers tommy x

I was there in 2002. They had an expensive "cruise" called The Maiden of the Mist where everyone is issued a poncho, and then sail right through the furious parts. Maybe Niagara's Fury is exactly the same thing, but with a hyped-up marketing label?!

www.niagarasfury.com It's a new attraction in the Niagara Falls visitor centre and tells the history of the Falls. Be ready to get wet.

Thanks, Paul. Now I know why I didn't remember it. :) BTW, do the issue those plastic ponchos at this site, like they do for the Maid of the Mist and Journey through the Falls tunnels?

No, there are no ponchos, not really necessary. It's just a bit of fine mist and snow that you experience, not enough to soak you. Also, the platform that you stand on moves and it does get quite loud, so may not be suitable for everyone. And why do people that have no idea think that their wrong guesses are of any use to anyone? If you don't know, don't reply!!!
