is VISA needed for niagara for non-us visitors

i have a valid U.S. VISA MULTIPLE ENTRTY & iam from india. in case if iam planning to visit niagara (while iam in newyork) do i need visa. if yes -how this can be done . pl suggest. thanks a lot
