Long Term Accommodation in or near Nha Trang

I am planning on staying in the NT area for about 8 weeks between Jan 1 and March 31. Rather than staying in a hotel, I'd like to find an apartment so I can get a better idea of what it's like to live there since I'm thinking of retiring in that area. I've been looking for apartment rentals without much success. I found a couple of them and sent emails but no reply so far. Anyone have connections in the area that might be able to provide info? Thanks for the help.
