Hello, a friend and I are travelling down to the Huntington Beach area and are planning on visiting CSU Fullerton. We'll be eating lunch on the way, but we want to find somewhere unique for dinner. Nothing too expensive, nor fancy, nor time consuming. We just want to go somewhere that has great food, with atmosphere being a plus! Preferably a place that's not a huge chain. This should be somewhere in the vicinity of Fullerton/Costa Mesa, but if it's worth it, we're willing to go out of our way. Thanks in advance!
Check this out on google..you can see some photos, and reviews there. The Cannery 3010 Lafayette Road, Newport Beach, CA 92663-3808, Stati Uniti +1 949-566-0060 http://www.cannerynewport.com/ I used to eat here a lot, and it was great, but now I live in Italy... good luck you want a cheaper place? write for one, I will help.

There is anothar one that caters to my travel spirit although a bit "theme(y)". It is on the South Pacific Coast Highway in Laguna Beach. It is called Mozambique, and it's African theme is not bad at all. Food is great too. http://www.mozambiqueoc.com/ There is a map as well on the site. Have fun....d:o)

Las Brisas is a wonderful Mexican (not Tex-Mex) restaurant high above the cliffs of Laguna Beach. The views are stunning and the food very good. http://www.lasbrisaslagunabeach.com/
