I liked the Gourmet Stay in the centre of Wellington. I was also tempted by the Shepherds Arms because they had a very good deal on when I was looking. That was in a good location too, just up the hill from the CBD and near the Botanic Gardens.

if you want a bargain check out sitse like wotif or last minute to get a better deal if you like the look of these two places
