rome fiumicino to kennedy on Delta

Looking for someone who has made this flight recently and would like info on terminal 5 in Rome. Do cabs take you right to the terminal and then check in right there at terminal 5. I got conflicting reports on rome site. Looking for someone who has recently flown DELTA from rome to NT out of terminal 5 and any info on terminal 5 for access and easiness of checking in--thanks-gene

you've already got you answer here and... at your hotel why asking again? afraid to do not go back home? don't worry you won't loose your flight, just be at Fiumicino with enough time. Anyway ALL terminal at Fiumicino are connected each other and if it'll be raining you won't get wet.
