I a interested in knowing what was the original menu vehicle for the Rustry Scupper restaurants.
I don't quite understand your question... But maybe this will help- The Rusty Scupper has seafood. It's not that good. If you are looking for good seafood with a water view go to Sage. If your just looking for good seafood that is also downtown, go to Pacifico. Great Local Seafood is Lenny's in Branford. As far as I know, they have always been a seafood place with other menu items as well.
