Anyone who needs any first hand information about Nerja. Feel free to contact me. Not only have I spent a lot of time there but have, (and now do perminantly), live there. I will be resident in Nerja from 16th December 2005 onwards. Any questions you may have, I will endeavour to answer but please allow a day or so for the reply as I have to work. Best wishes and DO come here fo a holiday or long stay. Paul.
Hi, I am going to Nerja for a week over Christmas and I was wondering if restaurants are open on the 24th December because I heard that most of them are closed? I was also wondering if you know if any restaurants are open on Christmas day that do a spanish Christmas dinner or any other type of restaurant that does not serve a traditional British Xmas dinner? Do they have any spas in Nerja that do massages and treatments? Thank you for your help

Don't know of any spas but restaurants are open on the 24th and 25th but bookings would be advisable. Spanish restaurants are very popular with the locals but there are lots of international restaurants run by Spanish that are absolutely fantastic. Look forward to seeing you there. Best. Paul..

Hello, my husband and I live on the Costa Blanca just now. We would like to move south but haven't got much time to come and have a look around the areas because of work committments. We have been around Frigiliana/Nerja and loved it. Is it possible to rent on a long long term basis do you think? We are hoping to give up work so the rent would need to be very small. Ideally we just want a small comfortable house with a garden to grow a few veggies, but not too isolated as I don't drive. Can you suggest areas where we might find this sort of property? Or agents that may deal in them? Any help would be much appreciated.
