    No Problem

There is Lots to see and do in and around Kathmandu including
    1) Buddha Air Mountain Flight
    2) Bodnath
    3) Visit Kopan Monastery
    4) Pashupatinath
    5) Swayambhunath
    6) Full day in Bhaktapur
    7) Durbar Square Kathmandu and Patan
    8) Day trip to Nagarkot and overnight – With luck spectacular sunrise

So – If I were you, depending on what time your flight from Bhutan arrives in Kathmandu, I would probably stay the first night in Kathmandu – Again, depending on what time your flight arrives probably do my Kathmandu and possible Patan sightseeing on that day.
Then the next day, an early start and The Buddha Air Mountain Flight, after that, probably Pashupatinath, Bodnath and Visit Kopan Monastery, then up to Nagarkot and overnight – With luck spectacular sunrise the next morning, then down to Bhaktapur and sightsee there – Personally I would be tempted to overnight in Bhaktapur as most visitors go there as a day trip, so having the streets more or less to yourselves in the evenings is a great experience.
Then the next day, depending on what time your international flight home is, either transport direct to the airport or time for some last minute sightseeing and shopping in Kathmandu

Good Luck and Happy safe Travels
    Rob

Yes , very easy to visit Bhaktapur and Boudnath. Add Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple where they cremate people by the holy river, and Swayambunath Stupa (monkey temple). And if you still have time a trip out of town to Nagarkot (30 kms) where it is possible to get a good view of the Himalayas.

Already suggested but Durban Square and an air flight over Everest are almost essentials.
