island hopping with good snorkeling

hi, i would like to snorkel and explore islands near Mersing: could i know which islands are best. I've been to Tioman & Sibu so i do not want to go again. are the other island as good as Tioman. I read that the other islands are not as accessible as Tioman ... any adivce appreciated. Thanks.
