Moving to Omaha

My family and I will be moving to Omaha, NE this summer and would like some recommendations on good/bad neighborhoods. We're looking for a fairly new home (less than 15 yrs old), yet we love big trees -- is there anywhere with newer homes yet older trees? Southern Omaha preferred. Any other good advice on moving to Omaha is also appreciated. Thanks - look forward to seeing our new home town!!
