There is no special situation in Nazareth. It is just as any other city in Israel. Nazareth is part of Israel and is not in the west bank. The Arab cities which are part part of Israel are just as any other place.

What's the situation in Denmark, Jesper?! Is it safe to go to Denmark?! Nazareth is a normal city in Israel [plus some holy Christian buildings, visited by the Pop, btw], where Arabs- Moslims, Christians - & Jews live together equally & peacefully [like in Haifa, Yafo, Akko, Ramle, Lod and many more] since the 20th century. Next question please!
