Does Menen Hotel in Naura has liability insurance to protect their visitors or any kind of protection insurance?

Personal liability insurance is your own responsibility, not that of the hotel. As regards potential public/commercial liability, hotels are generally only required to have e.g. fire insurance, it is up to them whether they also insure themselves against e.g. legal claims by guests. Hotels are not responsible for anything and everything that happens to their guests, only for harm where the hotel itself is at fault, e.g. food poisoning, carbon-dioxide-leaking heater... In this case, you would sue the hotel, and whether or not they could claim the expense off their insurance would be their business, not yours.

I've been to Nauru several times on business and stayed at the Menen Hotel. I never felt the need for any special insurance. For me it was a very pleasant and peaceful place. All of the people I encountered there were nice and friendly.
