Hello everyone, anyone know of any decent places to rent for a year that would be under 14,000/month that is safe and close to the stations that is preferrrably walking distance to the beach?
from what ive seen so far, everything is furnished. i was considering moving my things there from manila but not quite sure if i'll be able to find an unfurnished place. but thats fine if i cant find an unfurnished place. i will make arrangements to have my things stored somewhere in manila until i figure out if i will stay in boracay permanently or until i set up the business and its up and running on its own and i can leave and come back as i please.
i also will need internet speed of at least 1+ mb/s for my work using skype and internet phone calls. any suggestions on who to use? ive been contemplating using the smart pocket wifi but not quite sure if that would be the best option. any idea on which is best and what the cost is and the normal speed they give?
i will be going to boracay within the next 2 weeks to scout out places to live and to ask locals these same questions but would love to have a couple answers before going there so i have something to work off of.
would be great if anyone living there can assist me on my mission.

My boyfriend and I want to do a 3 days, 2 nights island hopping tour in El Nido. It seems to be a great experience and they are not just visiting the standard places. The tour includes food, drinks, camping, snorkling and relaxing on the islands. However, we need at least four people for the tour, but we are currently only two. We'll start on May 9th and we'll be back in El Nido on May 11th....
So, who wants to join us???

Greetings again. My follow up questions are as follows: does Crow, Erjohn and the other bus company that were mentioned travel via Coastal Highway/E. Aguinaldo Hwy to get to Tagaytay or do they take the South Luzon Expressway? From the information I read online, they recommend avoiding traveling via the Coastal Highway/E. Aguinaldo Hwy because of traffic congestion in the Bacoor, Dasmarinas, etc. (Cavite area?). I guess my question would be: which air-conditioned bus lines travel the South Luzon Expressway (versus the Coastal Hwy/E. Aguinaldo Hwy)? Also does anyone know the approximate round-trip fare (Manila - Tagaytay - Manila)? Thanks again for all your replies.
Greetings, I'll be visiting the Philippines in a couple of weeks and would like to see Tagaytay for a couple of days during my stay in Manila. I would like to know if there are any air-conditioned buses that travel between Manila and Tagaytay. I'll be staying in the Ermita, Manila area ,and I would like to know the name of the air-conditioned bus company and where their terminal is located. If I go on day tour only and not stay over night, what best beach to go to in Nasugbu? Take into consideration price as well to give best value for money beach that gives the most enjoy experience for the trip. Thank you.
