Which hotel?

I do not know what hotel to choose: Hotel Piazza Bellini, or The Decumani Hotel de Charme? It seems that Decumani has larger rooms, but the location is in not very pleasant and safe area. I saw only very positive opinions about Bellini and its location. I understand that they are located not far one from another and close to many sightseeing’s. Is it really a big difference between the location of these two hotels, from point of view of safety and cleaning? Which of them do you recommend?
