Anyone heard of this hotel? I think it is located at No. 2 Xia Gua Qu Jinag Bian Lu. What is the nearest metro/ train station around? What is the nearest shopping around that is open at night? What can I do or see around this hotel? Is it far from town by taxi? Any night life/shopping in town? how much is the taxi fare? How far is it from taihu lake?
Even I am a nanjingren, I have not heard this hotel before. And from the little info. told, it should be located in Xiaguan District which is the northest region of Nanjing. A bit far from the downtown. The closest shopping area needs to take a cab for at least 10-15mins which is called Shan Xi road. The lake is not called taihu in Nanjing. It is Xuan wu lake. I have not been to Xia guan as time beings and can't imagine how things change so far.
