Hi Me and my Kenyan wife are going to Kenya in February 2007. We wish to rent an apartment in Nairobi for that month. My wifes uncle found a place via Bids apartments for about 60000 KSH. Is that the best and cheapest? Does anyone know about better places to rent an apartment? Perhaps guestrooms are available somehow in Nairobi?? Thanks for your help.

I know that the Milimani Hotel also has apartments to rent, but I don't know how much they cost. Might be worthwhile to check with them to compare to your current offers.

Plenty - Try Kates apts in Westlands KShs45,000 or Muringa Court on Ngong Road - KShs 35,000
