Hotel Mirabella II at Panganiban Drive - any review please?

Hello everyone! care to share, if anybody knows about hotel mirabella, just need to know if the rooms are convenient enough,never mind if not 3 or 4 stars. just want to know if its safe and comfortable. apppreciate your reply.thanks in advance :)

    It was ok until it rained and the roof leaked and splashed water all over my laptop while it was charging and broken it. The owner didn't seem bothered in the slightest...
