We will be visiting the area from April 1-11 and have just learned that the Greek holiday runs the week before and after Easter. Question is: in light of the Greek people vacationing in the area during this time, should we pre-book all of our stays throughout the Pelopponese? Other than pre-booking our Nafplio stay, we were going to make last minute bookings. I want to spend time in Monemvasia but have been informed that the minimum booking at Hotel Malvasia is 4 nights during Easter break. If we do stay there that long, what can we take in for day trips. it will be busy during the easter holiday everywhere. it is a big travel time for many greeks. check with hotels and see what they expect
