I have booked flights and accom on expedia for the naviti but never got offered the all inclusive when booking. Can I add that at check in and pay up front?

To second Kates excellent advice, I would contact the hotel and ask them directly, however, from personal experience in the industry, chances are that the answer will most likely be no. The reason the hotel offers the all inclusive is that they sell the entire package as a whole (rooms, meals, activities, etc) w/out paying a commission or booking fee to a third party - in this case, Expedia. If you are able to negotiate the all inclusive option with the hotel, can you possibly cancel the Expedia reservations w/out a penalty? Homer
