landmark vs captains quarters for winter vacation

WE are traveling to MB in December with kids ranging from 5 to 14.... the amenities at both captians quarters and landmark are great for indoor activities. Which one is recommended???? We are leaning more toward Landmark, has anyone been there recently after the renovations?
