Riding a horse around Munich

Hi, I will be visiting Munich in August for about two weeks. as I love riding horses I would like to ride a horse around Munich,So my questions are: 1- is it allowed to ride a horse in Germany in public places? 2-where can I rent a good horse for two weeks? Thank you Adam
