Where to take the bus to Zagreb

Hi there! I have read on some travel guides that the buses from Mostar to Croatia (Zagreb in my case) don't leave from the main bus station (next to the Train station)but from some other location on the "Croatian" side of town. Has anyone taken this bus to Zagreb (the one that departs at 7:00 and travels via Livno, Kupres an Bosanska Gradiska) and can confirm me that? If true, a google earth location link to spot the place would earn you my most absolute admiration!!
