I WILL NEED TO TRAVEL FROM MARRAKETCH TO CHEFCHAOUN THEN ON TO CEUTA. PLEASE ADVISE ME THE BEST WAY. MANY THANKS

You should contemplate catching the sleeper train from Marrakech to Tangier, saving a night's accommodation, then catch a morning bus to Chefchouan. This will allow you to save a day and have a look at Tangier on the way. From Chefchouan there are frequent buses to Cueta.

If you are not in a dire rush you could catch a ctm bus to Fes.then bus to Chefchaouen...nice scenery pretty much all the way...that i didnt see anything of by train to Tangier
