    Google "atv guided tours monument valley state park" and there are quite a few options.

    A random example: go-utah.com/Monument-Valley/...

    Try these too (scroll all the way down almost to the bottom of the page):

    utah.com/database/guides/?re...

    As no one is allowed to explore the tribal park on their own, I'd guess all ATV options are guided so no problem there.

    In deciding on a tour option see if you can get a tour that involves seeing the tribal park at or near sunset. The views at sunset, with the huge shadows that the rocks cast, are some of the most breathtaking that you will ever see.

    I hope you are able to stay in the park as well. There is a hotel there called the View Hotel, that is a Navajo run business, that has rooms with spectacular sunrise views of the valley. I strongly recommend it. Here is there web site;

    Those sunrises are equally good from Gouldings:

    We stayed there and loved it.
