Montreal hotel labour dispute question

Hi, I am trying to find out if there are any hotels in the downtown area of Montreal near the VIA rail station that aren't impacted by the current labour problems. I am trying to organize accommodation for a person who is pretty much wheelchair bound and needs some special attention with mobility. Your help would be really appreciated. Jim
