Vegetarian food in Montpellier or La Grande Motte - help please

Hi We will be visiting Montpellier in April this year. We will be staying in La Grande Motte - with a hire car. Does anyone know if there are any low/medium priced vegetarian restaurants in either La Grande Motte or Montpellier? We will be in Carcassonne to start our holiday - so any info regarding veggie food in Carcassonne would also we welcomed. many thanks.
