Ohhh another quick question: How much time should I budget into visiting cola de Caballo? I is an entire day or a short visit? Thanks, Diana

    Nanadi you just spend half day in cola de caballo. You may go at 10:00 am, be there two hours and go back down just in time to eat at Los Cavazos, there are 20-30 places to eat local dishes as asado de puerco (pork meat), cabrito, and try the aguamiel (water of sugar) very taste!!!
