B & B Il Parco, Monterosso

Has anyone stayed at the B & B Il Parco in Monterosso? Can you please tell about whether or not its location is good, i.e., within walking distance to trains, markets, etc. Would you recommend it? Any information is much appreciated. Sincerely, Karolyn
