Possible train travel from Montepulciano in Tuscany to Rome. Also approximate cost for a day return.

    Yea, anyway, I don't think Montepulciano is served by train. It is one of the greatest places on this planet to drink wine, however. trainitalia.it is the place to look. You probably have to take a bus.

    its trenitalia.it not trainitalia. You can do it in 2-3 hours on the tren(train) change in chiusi

    Chiusi is the stop nearest Montepulciano. It is 1 1/2 hours from Rome.
