Thanks. I went a year ago. I took a cab from the airport in Guatemala city to the chicken bus station. the took the bus to taxisco/[ can't remember] let out in some small village [ can't remeber the name of that too] - 2 or 3 hours later. hitched a ride for 50 Q to a boat. the boat usually leaves a few times a day for 4-5 q , but I paid him 20 q to take me directly to montericco. private ride. walked and stayed at hotel baul beach. I was very happy
