The following web site offers 3-day tours to Rouen and MSM from Paris. nomaders.com/en/activities/e... If you want a tour leaving from Rouen, you should contact the Rouen Tourism Office at http://www.rouentourisme.com/ (click on the British/American flag at the very top left of your screen for English) We have driven from Rouen to MSM as a day trip a couple times. It is easy to do in a day unless you want to visit something besides MSM, e.g. the D-Day Beaches, Caen or Bayeux. I'd add Honfleur on the way just for fun. Have you thought of simply renting a car? Whatever your choice, enjoy your trip.

You can easily do the Mont in a 2-day 1 night tour from Rouen. Unless you push on a bit to visit St. Malo, Dinan and other places along the coast.

dont know about tours,never do them. You can inquire for a reliable one at the Rouen tourist office if you are based there. accueil@rouenvalleedeseine-tourisme.com email them hope it helps
