We are spending an evening at MSM in late February. What are the business hours for the shops? Do they operate on the same hours as the abbey or will they be open earlier and/or later?

We were there in June and there were only about two shops still open after 6pm. The restaurants were a little better with most of them open till at least 8pm. But of course that was high season and still light. I would imagine in February with fewer tourists and darkness falling earlier the shops would all close up same time as the abbaye.
