Paris to mont saint michel. 1 day trip

hey, I´m planning to visit Mont Saint Michel and I would like to know the less expensive way to get there from Paris and visit the place in one day. Hope u ppl can help me with this. :)

    If you have a designated driver, it takes about 4 hours to drive it, leave early and get back to Paris late. For a group of four you can split the cost for petrol etc and road trips can be fun.
