have been looking for a ATM in all of monrovia do somone know were i can find one ?
monrovia.usembassy.gov/csi.h... notes that ATMs are unavailable, and that travellers cheques/credit & debit cards are not accepted in Libya. http://wikitravel.org/en/Liberia notes that the few ATMs which are available only work for African bank accounts. This page also suggests there is a Visa ATM for other withdrawals inside the Cape Hotel in Mamba Point..but how accurate this information is I do not know. If you are short of cash you may have to arrange a money transfer via a bank.
