    Monaco basically is a city. Do you mean Europe as a whole?

    In Monaco itself the casino is worth a vist if you want to try your luck and it also has pleasent gardens. If you are lucky was we were they had a car rally going on (not "THE" car rally). Also the old part of Monaco on the headland is lovely, with a palace, changing of the guards, cathedral, great views.
