Where to rent a Pro Road Bike in Minorca?

Hi there, I am travelling to Minorca next week for two weeks holiday and am really keen to hire a top quality road bike (bicycle) to do some training whilst I am there. Can anyone recommend anywhere that rents good quality road bikes? Thanks!
