Quiet room or apartment rent in August

Hi, I'm looking for a quiet room, bed and breakfast, small apartment to rent in Menorca/Minorca for the days of August 21-24, 2006. I am not the resort type and would rather stay in an understated small village. I'm the type to roll into town and see if there's a room for rent. Any suggestions? Thanks!
