travelling/adventure partners over the weekends and weeknights

i am coming to MN for the first time in a few days. i will be working in the daytime on weekdays, so weeknights and weekends will be for fun and adventure. i am not sure how can i make the best use of my time. i am not much of a pub/club person, and i would prefer to visit as many places as i can. any help/directions would be of greatest help. someone looking for a travelling partner / car pooling are more than welcome to contact me on anand_amarsh@hotmail.com thanks in advance

If you fly in you can use the light rail to go to downtown minny, the mall of america, minnehaha falls, and the metrodome. Or you could park your car in a park an ride.
